Lose Weight, The Easy Way!

Do not drink soft drinks and sugary juices any more
All soft drinks and sugary juices are packed with sugars (duh), unspeakable E-numbers and other junk that is definitely not conducive to your system. Secretly you know this too, but it all tastes so good. Do not drink this mess for two weeks and you will notice that it does not really taste good afterwards. Everything gets used, I repeat, everything gets used.

Leave all junk food!
You do not want to hear it, but pizza, cookies, chips, bacon, cake, chocolate, ice cream, doner kebab, candy, hamburgers, fries and shawarma is simply bad for you. It tastes divine in your mouth, I know, but your body has a lot of trouble to process this mess. The result of all that fast food is that you remain lethargic, unmotivated and fat. Tip: do not take it home!

Drink 2-3 liters of water
It sounds like a hellish task, but you can drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day quickly. Tip: put bottles of water cold in your refrigerator. If you do not like drinking liters of water in a row, you can also opt for tea (without sugar / sweets), a cup of coffee or water with a flavor (lemon / lime). Of course you should not drink 2-3 liters of coffee or tea per day, it is purely for a change in your water consumption.
